The object of this addition is to save the mouth of the Albany Stream at the Royal Naval Yard from being silted

up by the thousands.

Section 6. It seems to me this section confers a monopoly to build tramways on this particular Company, whereas competition in this respect would be as

beneficial to the public in

to the public in Hong Kong as it has proved in other places. As it is probable there will be tramlines to Pokfulum, Aberdeen, And Stanley, and also in Kowloon before many years

are over, it would be desirable to add a

few words to this Clause to dispel the claim to mo - поров
